DMLS

AlSi10Mg — is a typical casting alloy with good casting properties and is used for cast parts with thin walls and complex geometry and ideal for applications requiring low weight, automotive and Racing applications, and thermal components.


In-718 Nickel Alloy — is a heat resistant alloy with high tensile, creep, and rupture strength that have good corrosion resistance in various corrosive environments.


Maraging-Steel MS1 — is a microstructure martensite hardhanded tooling steel with conformal cooling channels, easily machinable and excellent polishing ability.

FDM

ABS — Outstanding tough plastic material that is suitable for most general applications. Standard primary colors available.


PC {polycarbonate} — Industrial thermoplastic, used for functional testing and Rapid Manufacturing. Standard White.


ABS/PC {blend} — Offers high strength and high heat plastic material, used for functional testing and Direct Digital Manufacturing. Standard Black.


Ultem — Extremely high strength and flame retardant thermoplastic. Standard Gold-Tan.

Aluminum — An alloy of aluminum, copper and manganese. Very lightweight used in aircraft, window frames and some kitchen ware – ounces to 1,000 pounds.


Aluminum Magnesium (Almag) — Good castability and high strength – ounces to 1,000 pounds.


AZ91D — Ideal alloy for a particular elevated temperature application.


Brass and Bronze — Red Brass, Nickel Bronze and Manganese Bronze – ounces to 500 pounds.


Carbon Steel — Low, Medium, High Carbon and Tool Steels – 1pound to 5,000 pounds.


Ductile Iron — 65-45-12, 80-60-03, and 100-70-03 – 1pound to 6,000 pounds.

PolyJet Vero Family — Excellent fine detail simulating polymers for various applications.


TangoBlack — Rubber - like applications requiring non - slip or soft surfaces.

SLA

Accura 25 — Comparable in look and feel to polypropylene, snap-fit and rigid flex. Opaque White.


Accura Si 45 HC — High temperature comparable to Nylon 6-6 plastic properties, looks like an engineered plastic. Milky Clear.


NanoTool — Crisp high temperature material with outstanding thermo post cure, it can withstand aggressiveness up to 506°F. Off White.

SLS

DuraForm EX — Outstanding tough plastic material that is suitable for thin wall and functional living hinges. Black or Natural White.


DuraForm GF Nylon — Engineered glass filled material, used for functional testing and Rapid Manufacturing. Natural White.


DuraForm PA Nylon — Offers comparable Nylon plastic material, used for functional testing and Direct Digital Manufacturing. Natural White.
