Custom Additive Manufacturing
Custom Manufacturing
FDM 3D printing is a widely utilized solution in custom manufacturing to rapid prototyping, renowned for creating high-quality, functional parts that meet rigorous testing standards. This versatile process supports a broad range of materials, including standard plastics like ABS, PC, and Ultem, ensuring parts with excellent mechanical properties and long-term durability. Ideal for manufacturing parts that require precise fit, functionality, and comprehensive testing, FDM 3D printing accommodates projects from small components to large-scale builds.
FDM Materials
- Materials available include, but not limited to:
- ABS—M30
- Carbon Fiber
- Nylon
- Polycarbonate—(PC)
- Ultem—9085
- Ultem—1010
- TPU 92A
Precision Fabrication
FDM 3D printing can achieve part tolerances of ±0.005 inches for the first 5 inches, and ±0.001 inches per inch thereafter. And can produce bigger parts with dimensions of up to 36 inches x 24 inches x 36 inches (914mm x 610mm x 914mm).
